Mine Storm on Vectrex: Hooray! It actually boots up! The monitor looks nice and sharp, accompanied by that traditional Vectrex buzz from (I assume) the high voltage monitor beam. Mine Storm is built into the system. Overlay is missing.
Just to let you know: Mine has the same buzz, so I guess it can be considered normal.
